Als Talent Acquisition Manager*in bei hallo theo gestaltest du unseren Hiring-Prozess aktiv mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Teams weiter wachsen - mit den richtigen Menschen zur richtigen Zeit.
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess - von der Anzeigenerstellung bis zum Onboarding.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Hiring Manager*innen zusammen und begleitest sowohl sie als auch unsere Kandidat*innen durch den Interviewprozess
- Du identifizierst passende Talente über verschiedene Kanäle - aktiv und passiv.
- Du entwickelst unsere Employer Brand mit und bringst frischen Wind in unsere Recruiting-Strategien.
- Du gestaltest Kandidat*innenerlebnisse, die man nicht vergisst - transparent, herzlich und effizient.

**Dein Profil**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Talent Acquisition, idealerweise im Startup
- oder Tech-Umfeld.
- Leidenschaft für Menschen, Kommunikation und Matching.
- Erfahrung mit Active Sourcing & modernen Recruiting-Tools.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Culture Fit.
- Du sprichst fließend **DEUTSCH, ENGLISCH UND SPANISCH**.
