**Mission**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- 1. **SAP Security Architecture**:

- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end SAP security architecture.- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines for SAP systems.- 2. **Role and Authorization Management**:

- Create and manage SAP roles and authorizations to ensure the principle of least privilege.- Conduct regular reviews and audits of role assignments for compliance.- 3. **Security Workflow Development**:

- Build security workflows from the ground up to manage user access requests, approvals, and provisioning.- Streamline and automate security processes for efficiency and accuracy.- 4. **Security Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP security configurations, processes, and changes.- Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on security best practices.- 5. **Incident Response and Monitoring**:

- Establish and monitor security incident response procedures.- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.- 6. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align security measures accordingly.- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding security policies and procedures.**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in SAP Security is a plus.- Extensive experience as an SAP Security Specialist, demonstrating a high level of seniority.- In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, role design, and authorization management.- Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.- Familiarity with SAP Fiori security.- Knowledge of cloud security principles, especially as they relate to SAP in cloud environments.- Fluent in English- Proven experience in creating security workflows and automating security processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
