For one of those projects, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Agile Project Manager** to lead and deliver a technology project in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**100% remote position for people located in Spain.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as a servant leader to agile teams, fostering a proactive, collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Drive innovation and best practices in project delivery, leveraging experience with AI technologies when applicable.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and development.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader, with a focus on collaboration and empowerment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a C1 level of English proficiency.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for project tracking and management.
- Delivery-focused mindset with a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Desired experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Preferred experience with OpenAI technologies or similar AI projects.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
