**Your mission**:
- Support in all activities related to the investment cycle
- Pipeline generation, which include conducting industry research, valuation analysis, due diligence, creation of strategic presentations/recommendations, term sheets
- Evaluation of risks and opportunities of potential investment opportunities
- Due-diligence and negotiation
- Management of portfolio companies & exit strategy
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's ideally in Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, Engineering,...
- Possibility to establish an internship agreement with your university is a **MUST**.
- Maximum 1 year of professional experience in auditing, financial services, fund management, M&A, Corporate finance or investment banking
- Superb analytical and communication skills
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Potential commercial skills
- Empathy and ability to be integrated in multicultural teams.
- Advanced in English (C1).
