Job Description**
OVERALL OBJECTIVES**:
In close relation with the Regional Information Security Officer, Security Project Support Officer (Food & Environment) is responsible for making sure that at any point of time, an adequate view of the security KPIs is available, and that reporting provided by the regional security team to management or to other teams is provided on time, with accurate content.
**SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS**:
**Governance**
- Manage awareness of the Regional teams on the change on the global security policy, to make sure that any new security requirement is understood and taken into account as soon as possible by each zone
- Track the remediation of security recommendations (from pentests, audits, or self-assessments)
- Manage one or two projects / year (such as deployment of a new process, or deployment of a new tool to support an existing process)
**Performance**
- Create and consolidate a security dashboard that will allow to monitor the general security level of the region.
- Track the contribution of the Region to Group projects, and proactively alert the RISO when the expected targets are not reached
**Budget**
- Follow security budgets (actuals + forecasts) on a regular basis

Qualifications**
Technical Skills**:

- Excellent organization skills, At ease with managing multiple priorities, ambiguity and rapidly moving business environment.
- Proven record on project progress tracking
- Proficiency with office tools, such as excel, word and powerpoint
- Knowledge of sharepoint is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel
- Good level of energy
**Education and/or Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in IT or in Finance
- 2-5 years of work experience in a similar function
- A project management certification is a plus
- Fluent in English, another European language (French, Spanish, Polish or German) is appreciated
