**About us**:
**Purpose of the job**:
The Logistic coordinator role is located in the Regional Distribution Center in Alcala de Henares. Key activities include:

- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse;
- Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, and recommending improvements;
- Support daily warehouse production plan;
- Coordinate unloading and loading slots at the warehouse;
- Control inventory by coordinating physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data;
- Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs;
- Accomplish warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Create and share reports within the organization and to customer;
- Organize meetings with individual team members in order to build trust among team members and create shared responsibility;
- Follow up of deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival in perfect conditions and resolving any incident that may arise.

**Profile**:
**PROFILE - COMPETENCE**

We are looking for a colleague with:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Logistic coordinator
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent customer approach and relationship skills
- A proficient level of English and Spanish
- Team player who supports where ever support is needed
- **This job is for 1 year to cover maternity and paternity leaves**
