CREDIT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANT

A credit and financial assistant is required for Aktrion Iberia, in the Almussafes area, an established division operating within the automotive sector offering quality inspection and engineering services.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team in a dynamic environment.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Provide cash receipts forecast updated on a weekly basis
- Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
- Liaise with operations regarding customer queries, disputes and resolution
- Maintain PO depletion reports in conjunction with operations
- Debtors commentary and aged debtors review with Finance Manager
- Fill in Templates & weekly financial reports
- Support to financial department

**Requirements**:

- Deep financial knowledge in financial statements (P&L, BS...)
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, Power Point...)
- Experience is required along with fluent English
- Proactive worker

We offer a permanent full time contract and negotiable salary depending on the experience.

**Salary**: 18,000.00€ - 24,000.00€ per year
