Pure Professional Services (PS) is no different and we rely on a number of trusted Certified Delivery Partners ('CDPs') to help us deliver services projects efficiently and at scale across the globe. CDPs are seen as an extension of the Pure Delivery team. The PS Organisation has experienced exponential growth in recent years, and as a result so has the CDP ecosystem. One of the challenges of such rapid scale is ensuring global consistency, excellence and continuous improvement and development of our PS Delivery Partners. **THE ROLE** The Professional Services Partner Manager will be responsible for implementing, overseeing and closely Managing the CDP ecosystem as well as to ensure alignment to the PS Partner Relationship Management Maturity model, throughout the following phases: - Identification - Onboarding - Enablement - Operational Management - Relationship Management - Ongoing improvement and efficiencies - Quality control The above will be achieved by designing and implementing stringent processes, KPIs, governance and reporting that can be scaled globally. **Core Responsibilities**: - Build strong, lasting, and trusting relationships with our Certified Delivery Partners across the EMEA region (will include international travel as required) - Be an outstanding internal Business Partner, collaborating on CDP Strategy with other functions including Sales, Global Delivery Leads, Legal, Service Operations and Pure Education and Knowledge. - Lead and execute on a consistent partner vetting and onboarding methodology - Work with Delivery Leads and Pure Legal to negotiate rates & PS Subcontractor Agreements - Drive CDP Training, Enablement & Field Shadowing - Establish governance, reporting and KPI methodology, including ROI analysis used for trend reporting and ongoing improvements, Return to Green planning etc - Establish a QBR cadence to include process, performance, and pricing reviews as appropriate - Create & manage CDP standard operating procedures, policies, documentation and metrics - Review CDP project portfolios with project debrief and lessons-learnt reviews - Define and manage quality control and assurance process for CDP service delivery - Whilst initially focussed on the EMEA region, this role is expected to grow in to a lead role for a global function **What you will need to bring to the role**: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a role managing business processes, partner relationships or program management - Outstanding Leadership and an experience of managing diverse and expansive virtual teams - Outstanding interpersonal skills to balance multiple priorities, and are a superb communicator (including negotiation and conflict resolution) - A strong self-starter with an ability to drive the agenda forward - Excellent collaborator able to build trust quickly and permanently and turn conflicts into opportunities to collaborate - Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently (self-starter) - Agility to change direction quickly to gain positive outcomes - Quick learner and be able to learn through experimentation when tackling new problems - Fluent English Speaker - Other languages an advantage - Experience working in an IT company an advantage - Experience working in Professional Services an advantage **BE YOU—CORPORATE CLONES NEED NOT APPLY.** Pure is where you a
