**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**We need someone like you to help us in different fronts**:
Create automated and streamlined bank integrations and solutions for conecting our SAP customers with our Santander solutions.

Manage SAP IT teams -internal or external
- to deploy, maintain and evolve the solutions.

Assure the quality of the projects and systems to be deployed.

Gather integration business requirements, design, prototype, build, test and implement practical solutions.

Work closely with key stakeholders to identify solutions regarding customers’ Request for Proposal (RFP).

Create and maintain the integration deliverables associated with ERP implementation projects.

Lead cross team enhancements to create new or modify existing integrations.

Monitor, troubleshoot and fix production support issues.

Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues related to the Interfaces.

Must work well under pressure, be sensitive to deadlines, be able to interact in a team environment, be able to adapt quickly to change, deep attention to details and possess excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**EXPERIENCE**
Required: 8-10 years of experience working as SAP Consultant or managing SAP projects.

**EDUCATION**
University Degree.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**

Required

As this SAP Manager will be in charge of Financial, Cash Management and Treasury projects, it’s required deep knowledge of SAP FI, TR, AP, AR, GL, TRM, BCM, Multibank Connectivity. Experience with other modules would be a plus.

This manager is required to have Deep knowledge and experience about Cash Management and Treasury processes such as payment and debit management, bank reconciliation, bank connectivity, cash management, bank position management and forecasting

Experience managing SAP projects and teams.

Experience in SAP integration in complex scenarios, including ABAP development and interfaces.

Experience integrating Corporate customers with Banks in different scenarios, such as BCM, Host to Host, SWIFT, Service Bureau, etc.

Experience designing and deploying SAP Cash Management and Treasury solutions.

Deep knowledge of Software as a Service-oriented architecture design principals and common ERP integration design patterns.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Desired

Experience writing Customer RfP’s and working on SAP proposals as a consultant would be a plus.

Knowledge of SAP IHC, BCA, Payment Engine or any other SAP FSCM or SAP Banking Services module would be a plus.

Deep knowledge of SAP DME would be very appreciated.

ABAP programing and debugging skills would be a plus.

Other languages such as Portuguese, German, French, Italian or Poland would be a plus.
