Do you have extensive experience in Data Science, a passion for programming, and experience working either with Big Pharma or in the banking industry; then take a look at this opportunity One of our clients - an international start-up - has an office in Barcelona with a team full of sharp analytical minds, ready for you to join them. In this position, you will work product based with external clients, while maintaining a focus on R&D.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will coordinate the work that your team is doing to guarantee a successful product.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Data Scientist will be:

- Understanding your client's needs and designing an ML approach to solving the challenge accordingly
- Defining the correct technology to use in each part of the pipeline (SQL, Python, EC2, AWS, Lambda,)
- Leading a team of Data Scientists in various projects
- Interacting with other functions to ensure data exchange protocols
- Leading an AI laboratory performing L&D tasks and developing products

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- 4-6 years of experience in Data Science
- 4+ years of experience with Python, experience in R and SQL are a plus
- 4+ years of experience in Machine-Learning methodologies
- Minimum C1 level of English
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team and using Agile methodology
- Experience with working with cloud technologies
- Being able to quickly adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- A Master in Data Science or Machine Learning, or AWS Cloud Experience are a bonus
