Bonhill Partners are supporting a leading Fintech in their search for an Infrastructure Engineer, to work on their award winning trading communication systems.

The Engineer will support on-going maintenance, and future development of the company’s server & cloud infrastructure. The chosen individual will be responsible for managing their own projects, troubleshooting systems, building servers and acting as an escalation point for any issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, deploy server environments.
- Monitoring and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support/Maintain the deployment of cloud-based servers & services.
- Migration of on-premise systems to the cloud.
- Participate in daily ticket updates and standing meetings.
- Review and evaluate assigned service tickets and update planner project team boards.
- Communicating to stakeholders in English

Knowledge and proven experience of:

- Windows Servers (2012-2022)
- Windows Active Directory (Domain Services, GPO,DNS, Security, etc.)
- Office 365 / Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Azure
- Citrix
- VMware / Microsoft Hyper-V
- Backup Technologies (Veeam/Commvault)
- Storage Technologies (EMC, Compellent, Equallogic, QNAP, Dell PowerStore)
- Monitoring tools (Nagios, Solarwinds)

This position will require excellent communication in English.

This position is hybrid, 2 days in their Madrid office.
