Our partner, a global provider of accommodation services for the travel industry, offering ground services such as hotels, transfers, and excursions, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to work in a Hybrid mode from Palma and join a dynamic and multicultural team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to service requests, resolve incidents, and technical issues.
- Inventory management and on-site technical support.
- Experience with Windows 10, 11, and knowledge of AD, AAD.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery teams and Senior Engineers to resolve complex incidents and requests.
- Identify problems and suggest process improvements.
**Key Requirements**:
- University degree or technical diploma in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience.
- Knowledge of Azure AD and networking.
- Experience in providing technical support to end users in PC and Mac environments.
- ITIL fundamentals and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
