**What we offer**

We offer an internship as New Product Development Trainee in the NPD department. The internship will be in a team made up of 7 people, set in 3 different geographies. This role will support the NPD team in different local and global projects.

The NPD team is one of the pillars of R&D department. Being part of the R&D department, the NPD Trainee will participate in cross-functional teams. He/she will have fluently interaction with marketing, purchasing and manufacturing departments. He/she will participate in the development of new products, from the initial idea until the product is placed on the market shelves.

**What you will do**
- Competitors analysis
- Support the palatibity tests creation and analyze the results of the tests
- Update of product specifications in databases
- Preparation of labels
- Review Masters and Artworks

**What we looking for**
- You are studying a University Degree on Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology or similar
- You are able to sign an internship agreement with your school
- English and Spanish are our main languages. Other languages such as French, Italian or Portuguese will be highly valued
- Positive mindset, passionate and teamwork

- Project Management: organizational and planning skills
- Influencing & communication skills
