**The role**:
GTD Defense & Security Solutions designs, develops, and integrates systems and products to secure and protect people, critical infrastructures, and territories. We create systems that support all kinds of peacekeeping and search & rescue operations, from HQ to personnel on the ground, including training and simulation tools.

**Position activities**:

- Monitor and control the product or service quality at project level (SW, HW and systems)
- Participate in verification and validation activities
- Identify and keep track of key performance indicators and metrics of the project at product/service and process level
- Write the project quality, configuration and risk management plan
- Keep the GTD DSS Corporate Management System processes updated and continually improved alongside the GTD DSS Quality Assurance Manager and the GTD Group Quality Manager
- Participate in external and internal project and CMS (Corporate Management System) audits

**Your profile**:

- Systems engineering degree (or similar: industrial, aeronautics, telecommunications)
- MS Office advanced level
- Knowledge of the product system/software lifecycle
- Critical ability and understanding
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working under ISO 9001 requirements
- English (high level) - B2
- Availability to travel

**Nice to have**:

- 1 year of experience in quality assurance of systems (SW, HW and both)
- Business Management education
- Knowledge on process design (e.g BPMN)
- Experience with other recognized international aerospace and/or defense standards (EN9100, AQAP/PECAL-2110/2210)
- QMS under ISO 9001 (or similar standards) implementation and audit training
- Experience with software tools (e.g. Jenkins, SonarQube, Enterprise Architect)
- Software development knowledge for critical systems
- French (basic level) - B1
