**Mission**

We are looking for a Site Manager for our Engineering and Construction Team who will be a key player in our greener path.

**What you'll do**

EPC Contractor: Achieve COD and PAC Certificate on time, following master schedule avoiding Variation Orders and Extension of Times requests.

Galp Internal Reports: Create internal reports and documents in order to be able follow up the project advance and status.

Owners Engineering Supervision: Shall lead supervision team on site and coordinate the back office, reporting to the project manager.

Lenders Technical Advisor Attendance: Entire relationship with the lender technical advisor and lenders requests.

Utilities and Distribution Companies Relationship

Administration Relationship: Environmental, Industry, city council, Water Usage Administration, Ministry

Market Agent & Control Center Relation: All production facilities from renewable energy sources with an installed power exceeding, must hire these services.

**What you'll need**

Education: University degree in Engineering.

At least 6 years of experience in site management, and at least 4 years in the construction of solar and/or wind projects.

Technical Background: Responsible of the construction and commissioning of the Solar Plants and management of EPC contractors, utilities, Administrations, LTA, etc.

Lead the teams on site and coordination with back office and the project manager.

**Negotiation skills**

Languages. English (Advanced level) and Spanish or Portuguese (Native).

Other skills. Social skills to work together with all department involved.
