**Procurement Manager**

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify vendor synergies between group of companies on purchasing needs
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement procurement strategy, policies and procedures that comply with company/ group policies and industry best practices.
- Identify and source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments to inform procurement decisions.
- Implement strategies to improve procurement processes, including the use of technology and automation.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Experience working in a fast paced tech environment - ability to move quickly is key whilst not compromising on quality
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Experience negotiating multiple contracts at the $50k - $150k mark
- Knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to bring stakeholders together, to align on purchasing/services/vendor requirements
