**Your Mission**:
Dive into the heart of our network, providing **24/7 expert support (in English/Spanish)** and **critical local assistance in Spanish** to our valued customers. You'll be the go-to guru for unraveling intricate Level 3 network mysteries, setting up cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring we consistently smash our service expectations and SLAs. **Your Adventure Will Involve**:

- **Mastering the Network Maze**: Tackling and conquering complex incidents involving IPSEC, SSL/Open VPN connections, VLAN configurations, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) - your expertise will be key
- **Collaborating with the Best**: Partnering with our Mobile Networks team to pinpoint the root causes of those tricky network gremlins.

**What Makes You a Great Fit?**:

- You bring **2+ years of battle-tested networking experience** from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment.
- You speak the language of networks fluently, ideally holding a **CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider level certification**.
- You're a **Cisco command-line ninja**, with mandatory experience on their Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
- Your **technical and analytical skills are legendary**, allowing you to dissect complex issues with ease.
- You're familiar with keeping a watchful eye on networks using **Monitoring Tools like PRTG**.
- You possess a **deep understanding of the core principles of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Policy-based routing, IPsec/SSL/Open VPN, and VRFs.**:

- You have a **proven track record of slaying network problems** and finding effective resolutions.
