**Mission**:
Join our team as a **Security Engineer** and be a creative force in securing an AI-native company. We are looking for an engineer with a curious mindset who will pioneer our AI-first security strategy, using intelligent automation to solve complex security challenges. Within a culture of trust and shared ownership, you will protect our cutting-edge AI products and lead complex conversations to build a resilient security posture for the future.
- Engineer AI-Driven Security Solutions: Take collective ownership of architecting and building systems that use AI to automate detection, response, and threat hunting, creating a smarter, more proactive security posture.
- Champion AI Security: Lead efforts to secure our AI/ML systems throughout their lifecycle. This includes protecting models from theft and tampering, mitigating data poisoning and adversarial attacks (e.g., prompt injection), and securing the MLOps pipeline.
- Lead Through Influence: Drive security initiatives by leading complex technical conversations with stakeholders, translating security risks—especially those unique to AI—into business context.
- Secure our Cloud and Infrastructure: Create and manage reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to codify security policies across our cloud environments and Kubernetes clusters.

**Your profile**:

- A demonstrated history of delivering impactful security solutions, with a strong collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead complex technical conversations and explain security concepts in a clear, educational manner.
- Strong proficiency in a systems programming language like Golang or Python, with experience building production-grade services and security automation.
- Expert-level knowledge of Terraform and experience creating modular and maintainable IaC.
- Extensive hands-on expertise securing AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Experience securing containerized environments like Kubernetes.

**Nice to Have**
- An offensive security mindset with experience in areas like penetration testing or adversarial ML.
- Experience designing and implementing AI agent frameworks for security operations.
- Experience with model robustness testing and privacy-preserving ML techniques.
- Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or specialized AI security certs.
