El puesto de Technical Administration Lab Support bajo la supervisión Technical Administration Laboratory Support QCy del Improvement Quality Engineer, tiene como misión proveer al laboratorio de los servicios y consumibles asociados a la actividad de control de la calidad de las pinturas, así como el apoyo administrativo al departamento.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Pedido de materiales indirectos para control de calidad FG test:

- Producido en PPG Valladolid :Interacción con la producción/almacén
- Recibido de las líneas de clientes: Interacción con PPG TSSR y seguimiento hasta la recepción
- Comprado directamente a otro fabricante de revestimientos: Creación del pedido y seguimiento hasta la recepción
- Pedido de material fungible de laboratorio para realizar la actividad de control de calidad
- Proporcionar al laboratorio servicios y reparaciones básicas cuando sea necesario:

- Gestionar con empresa externa servicios ONET tales como:
Retirada de paneles y muestras de C69

Almacenamiento de paneles en la zona L14B-P0 desde A9

Retirada de papel para su destrucción
- Pedir soporte al departamento de Mantenimiento
- Apoyo al control del absentismo mediante el software KRONOS.
- Gestionar y actualizar los permisos informáticos de los analistas del laboratorio de control de calidad y de los jefes de turno.

**Qualifications**
- FPII Formación administrativa como mínimo.
- Nível medio de inglés: B2 mínimo.
- Nível usuario Office. Excel avanzado. Manejo de base de datos.
