**The opportunity**

**Project**:Well-known global technology organisation.

To effectively manage the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services within the region including cleaning, M&E, security and vending, and front of the house to our client ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and quality are maintained at all times whilst also ensuring value for money is achieved at all times.

To develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to take ownership of the service delivery across the designated region. Actively managing risks to both the client and Mace in all activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining oversight of day-to-day delivery of facilities' soft and hard services to the client through designated suppliers, ensuring the highest standards are achieved through regions within the designated hub.
- Overseeing remedial works within the designated hub and ensuring full compliance with all appropriate legislation.
- Supervising customer care and providing assistance to FM teams within the designated hub to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are delivered to all client staff.
- Ensuring FMs within the hub report plant status and operational status of any facilities asset on a monthly basis to relevant parties at all levels, managing the delivery of information to Mace's online reporting tool.
- Working with other hub leaders and SLT to evaluate the performance and professionalism of specialist suppliers, identifies alternative strategies where appropriate utilising the latest best practice and innovative ideas. Helping the SLT and other hub leaders set strategic level targets and goals.
- Implementing continuous improvement in all service lines to drive value to add and control costs.
- Carrying out regular inspections within the designated hub of records, to ensure that relevant statutory work is being completed in line with service contracts and national legislation.
- Retaining oversight of small office projects including moves management and churn.
- Maintaining regular contact with the landlord and maintaining familiarity with all landlord and tenant matters within the designated hub.
- Raising POs and receipts invoices on Mace finance system PROACTIS.
- Ensuring that the emergency response plan is updated and circulated.
- Providing day-to-day HSSE management onsite.

**About you**

You will ideally have a professional membership i.e., BIFM, RICS, or any international equivalent body. You are digitally savvy and an expert user of MS Office software. You will have previous facilities management experience and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.

Other European (French, German, Italian, Spanish) and English language skills are a significant advantage.
