The Customer Experience Business Analyst focuses on translating data into insights in order to help the CX team reach its targets by identifying missed and new opportunities, supporting the decision-making process, establishing best practices in the way data is used across the team, explaining past performance and guiding the business towards future growth.

**What you will do**:

- Assist in the production of memos back to the organization for any Customer Experience impact-related topics.
- Create reports on Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as Weekly Business updates.
- Create reports on OKR monitoring and evaluation.
- Assist in the improvement of the visibility of NPS results for the organization.
- Suggest ways to optimize response rate and measure various business activities.
- Recommend new CX metrics for the future of the business.
- Are able to spot quickly basic changes in the dynamics of your area and find out root causes.
- Possess analytical skills and flawless attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal form with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Have good problem-solving skills.
- Already have experience with data visualization, retail analytics and modeling (Would be a plus).
- Routinely write efficient, legible, and well-commented SQL code. (Would be a great advantage)
- Intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, hard-working and has a good business intuition.
- Independent, proactive and autonomous.
- Able to communicate complex results to less quantitatively sophisticated users.
- Eager to conceptualize and extract insights from data.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and have a great impact on company growth and development.
