CAF Digital & Design Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering centre specialising in the development of railway vehicle projects, as well as an accelerator in the implementation of digital manufacturing and a benchmark in digitalisation and additive production in the capital equipment sector.

Our main line of business has been developed in the field of rail transport, although other lines of work have now been successfully established, such as the automotive sector and our CAF Digital Manufacturing business unit, which covers all the services that make up the digital cycle.

With all this, we are dedicated to Multidisciplinary Engineering and Consultancy services specialising in Design Projects, Refurbishments, Wagons, Commissioning and Maintenance of infrastructures. With the extensive experience accumulated in the transport sector and with our highly qualified team, we are committed to developing solutions aimed at safety, economic viability and environmental sustainability.

**Mission of the position**:
Guarantee the development phase of the railway vehicle from its initial state, satisfying the needs and requirements of the end customer, ensuring compliance with project requirements, implementing the policies and procedures defined from the matrix.

**Functions and responsibilities**:
**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS**:
Performing project data analysis:
- Actively participates with the design team of a project.
- Leads the analysis of project data for subsequent execution.
- Use the procedures and tools designed from the matrix to trace the analysis process.
- Analyzes the incidents detected during the process to search for solutions.
- Communication and correction of deviations detected in the projects where it participates:
- Study, analyze and correct possible incidents that may arise from the beginning of your participation in the project.
- Communicate to the team the impact of their results in order to validate repercussions on the development and execution of the project.
- Validation of the data present in the project for the final client.- Confirms and ensures the results of its analyzes through documentary control.
- Reflects in the reports the veracity of its analysis results, as well as its limitations, if any.
- Leave a record in the reports of the methods and tools used for the analysis in order to provide traceability.

**Training required**:
Higher Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical...) with a postgraduate degree in Project Management and Development.

Minimum experience of 2 years in Engineering Technician positions.

Languages: Spanish, Advanced English
