**FUNCTIONS**: As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all the different business units within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize operational efficiency, ensure seamless coordination across B2B, B2C, Logistics, Installation, and financial business units, and drive overall operational excellence. KEY TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES: 1. Operational Leadership: - Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Lead and oversee the operations of the B2B, B2C, Logistics, Installation, and financial business units. - Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes, systems, and best practices. - Continuously monitor and assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures. 2. Business Unit Management: - Oversee the B2B and B2C business units, ensuring the development and implementation of effective strategies to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and market share. - Manage the logistics department to optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution. - Direct the installation team to ensure efficient and timely project execution, adhering to quality standards and customer expectations. - Supervise the financial business unit, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Foster collaboration and effective communication across different business units to ensure seamless operations and coordination. - Work closely with other senior leaders and stakeholders to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. - Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and other key executives to integrate commercial and operational strategies. 4. Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. - Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement standardized procedures and systems. - Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness. 5. Risk Management: - Identify and assess operational risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Implement and maintain appropriate controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Continuously monitor market trends, industry changes, and emerging technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus. - Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar capacity. - Strong background in operations management, with a focus on process optimization, supply chain management, and project execution. - Experience in managing diverse business units, such as B2B, B2C, Logistics, Installation, and Financial operations. - Knowledge of renewable energy or related industries is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving operational goals. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex operational challenges and make data-driven decisions.
