**About the role**:
As the Technical Lead of our Member Experience team, you’ll drive and manage a Software Engineering unit dedicated to enhancing client-member interactions. Your team’s focus areas will include:

- Developing a white-label (currently 1000+ apps deployed on the AppStore and PlayStore), customisable app enabling seamless member engagement across bsport services
- Ensuring a seamless user experience for studio members on mobile, web, and in-studio interfaces

**What will be your impact**:

- Build and lead a high-performing team of software engineers with diverse skills in mobile, web, and backend development
- Architect robust interfaces to deliver a full suite of offerings (payments, bookings, retail, and more)
- Collaborate closely with key bsport business units to implement new products and provide valuable feedback
- Mentor team members, nurturing their professional growth and development

**You would be great fit if you**:
- Have substantial experience in **React Native**:

- Are enthusiastic about recruiting and leading a team with diverse technical skills (Mobile, Web, Backend)
- Bring experience or enthusiasm for the B2C market
- Design clean, scalable software solutions
- Are proactive, results-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
- Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
