**About the Role**

As a Product Owner specializing in sports betting technology, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your expertise in product management and understanding of user needs will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform and delivering value to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring that product solutions meet or exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release schedules to internal stakeholders and external customers, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management roles, with a focus on software or technology products. Experience in the sports betting or gaming industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decision-making across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a curiosity to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
