**Responsibilities**:
At 14 we are looking for a native English with high level Spanish UX Writer to help us shape and optimise our products' user experience. You will be crafting copy that help personas to positively complete their intentions ands tasks, always working within digital design teams, developers and clients on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting the tone and style for content and drive cohesive and consistent product narratives across multiple platforms and digital touchpoints.
- Working hand by hand with Project managers, client and designers.
- Help design qualitative research plans and market research with the UX researchers and service designers in the team, to identify key user needs related to understandability of narrative, namings and actions over the different products.
- Contribute in designing complex UX architectures and information hierarchy and translate them into simple useful flows and logical efficient mappings.
- Have a senior attitude towards an everyday relationship and understanding client needs and client requirements.
- Make sure that attention to detail and correct UX Writing design consistency are tangible into our deliverables.
- Have an active and positive attitude towards research / expertise approach balance when possible.
- Help to communicate and present the Project learnings, findings or opportunities, not only as a solution but also as literature.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in a similar position
- Native English and perfect written and spoken Spanish Confident with your UX writing skills, as well as presenting for clients from International corporations.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Previous proven experience as UX writer, research and complex workflows.
- Experience in Design thinking approach.
- High Communication skills with internal teams and clients.
- Understanding and articulating clearly how services need to improve from both a user centred system, and the business perspective.
- Ability to manage different projects at once.
- Keeping our projects on time and budget and reporting to our project directors.
- Being organised and committed to achieve the milestones of every project.
- Working to the highest ethical and moral standards of research and design practice, promoting inclusive design practices at all levels of your work providing input and critical thought at our show and tells and design critiques.
- Bring an optimistic and entrepreneurial mindset to our work.

Experience on the mobility sector is a plus.

English (Native) - Spanish (Castellano) (High level)

Nice to have: German language (will be a plus)
