**The Role**:
We're seeking a **Senior Risk Analyst** to lead proactive risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you thrive on analyzing complex data, influencing business decisions, and shaping scalable risk frameworks, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks
- Develop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risks
- Monitor and analyze risk indicators and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measures
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management controls and processes
- Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments related to risk management
- Provide guidance and support to junior risk analysts
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or related field
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management principles
- Experience in acquiring is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Ability to effectively communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field
- Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are a plus
