Product Owner

**The Opportunity**:
Our Product Owners will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for gathering and understanding client requirements, translating them into clear product specifications, and prioritizing them in the backlog. Working closely with Product Managers, as well as engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that development efforts align with client needs and company objectives. To succeed, you'll also stay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies, bringing insights that shape product direction and keep us ahead of the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather product requirements.
- Create well written specifications including defining acceptance criteria.
- Work with Product Managers to create supporting documentation for roadmap items.
- Manage product backlog.
- Prioritize and ensure alignment with the Product Roadmaps.
- Identify constraints and dependencies with other business teams.
- Communicate and connect with other Product Owners and team members across various business functions.
- Leverage a variety of sources to help complete requirement definition.
- Participate and support in demonstration of new features to customers and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of working in the product delivery space, ideally 3+ years in a Product Owner role.
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or Analytical field.
- Fluent in English is a must (client facing)
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in system integrations.
- An appreciation of how product design works with and integrates into software development.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organization skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven with a high level of initiative and desire to get things done.
- Passionate about product development with a willingness to introduce change and challenge existing processes and procedures
