Position: HR Payroll and Support

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all contract-related matters are organized
- Support new employees during their onboarding process
- Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration
- Review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits
- Continuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance
- Serve as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payroll
- Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal, as well as good level of English
- Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support
- Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues related to payroll
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical skills to address payroll and HR-related issues
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
