**Partner Success Analyst (Spanish and English Speaker)**

Do you like working with data? We are looking for a_ _**Partner Success Analyst **to dive in and provide expertise in our partner and operational data for the Partner Success leadership team.

Vrbo, a world leader in the vacation rental industry, is the place to book beach houses, cabins, and condos with more than two million places to stay in 190 countries. We make it easy to find and book the perfect vacation rental for any getaway, often for less than the cost of traditional hotel accommodations.

**What you’ll do**:

- You will drive the modelling, testing, and implementation of analytical and reporting processes, measurement methodologies, functionality, and capabilities for the team
- Conduct A/B tests to assess the impact of potential optimization refinements
- Utilize advanced technical skills to extract data from multiple sources and provide clear output for decision-making
- You will draw out key business insights and provide actionable recommendations
- You will present findings and insights via presentations and meetings to facilitate informed decision-making for the leadership team
- Provide new insights to ad-hoc analytics and modelling projects
- You will maintain documentation on reports and queries while partnering with the Partner Success Operations team to drive consistency in data sources, metrics, and best practices

**Who you are**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree (Technical degree preferred ie: math, stats, etc.) or equivalent experience
- You are highly Fluent in English and Spanish
- You have between 1 and 2 years in an analyst role within the Travel or Hospitality Industry
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- You have expertise in report building & presentation development
- You have experience with data validation methodologies
- You have strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication skills
- You have experience translating high-level directions into practical projects and lead/drive their completion with mínimal supervision
