Senior Project Engineer

Make It With Pride.** You ensure successful technical implementation of Oven Safety program (PSM3) and Electrical-Oven projects in the plants and lines across Bakery category clusters where you operate within MEU. You have the responsibility for technical solution development, design lock, relationships with Equipment Suppliers (OEMs) and project execution (dismantling, installation and startup) in close cooperation with plant Engineering within best timelines and budget, in line with Mondelez Engineering standards and best practices and PSM (Process Safety Management) requirements. **How you will contribute** - Provide technical solutions/options for the technical steering team and a key decision taker for the cluster Oven Safety program (PSM3) executional decisions within the agreed project scope/timing and budget. Coordinate best practice sharing from other projects. Deploy global developments/pilot projects locally. - Develop technical solutions following Project management principles and Lean tools, partnering with local Business Development & Engineering team, Regional Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (Enterprise Engineering, HSE, Procurement, R&D), OEMs and Service Providers. - Provide technical specifications, joins project workshops and prepare technical documentation for the bidding. - Responsible for collecting and sharing best practices and for continuously improving the technical solutions to be implemented. - Timely escalate risks associated with the project implementation - Acquire all the necessary information, data, proposals to define and respect budget. Supervision of OEMs, Service Providers, Contractors and their sub-contractors and supervisory authorities. - Work with plant teams on scope development, identification of technical solution, definition of implementation and execution plan. Support the plant locally during installations on day-to-day basis (OEM follow-up in design/construction /installation and Start-up and Commissioning phases) - Be a Single Point of Contact at Cluster level for other Mondelēz MEU Bakery ovens SME’s. **What you will bring** - 6+ years of Engineering Projects implementation and Project Management experience - Required - Technical expertise ranging across engineering disciplines related to snacks baking and processing - critical for success - Proven Project Management skills - Required - Experience in TPM/Lean tools (IL6S) and in designing industrial equipment to meet AM and PM standards - Required - Ability to work across multiple geographical locations within MEU region - Required - Ability to manage ambiguity and interpret large amounts of information and draw conclusions that support the project scope - Required - Within this role the individual will be working across a matrix organization, and will be expected to work with project teams across countries. Travelling outside home locations assumes up to 70% of the working time.
