Global Data Security Lead en Madrid.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Global Data Security Lead is responsible for designing implementing and operating of the data security framework and processes in coordination with the Group and local security community. The role supports the Global CISO in its tasks regarding data security management ensuring that the information and data is properly classified registered protected and managed following the TKE Group security strategy regulations. This includes
Development of the data and information protection regulation including policies processes and operating instructions for data and corporate information
Coordinate and engage with Data Protection Officer for Personal Data control and secure process
Identification and protection of data and information repositories in coordination with the Group and local BUS security functions
Implementation of data security governance and process to manage data lifecycle
Support the definition of data classification by the business units according to global policies
Identification of business data owners
Data backup recovery and restore policies and procedures definition and implementation support
Security incident support for data leakage and personal data impact management
Data loss prevention and detection design implementation and operation
Information rights management framework definition and implementation support

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of professional experience in information and data security management or similar role
Qualified additional training (e. g. ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or comparable CISA CISSP...)
Competence in data security project or service implementation tools and process operations
Deep knowledge in one or more specific tech areas such as data security governance and tools (DLP IRM) threat and data risk analysis and security
Knowledge and experience on personal data and privacy regulation (GDPR and other international regulations)
Passion for technology and a support oriented personality focused on the delivery of the best possible security experience
Experience working on an international environment as well as cultural sensitivity in a multinational environment
Capable of self-organizing and prioritizing the work in an effective manner. Flexible and adaptable capable of changing the direction when required to meet the business demands
Be proactive and self-motivated to work in a complex global organization
Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) - verbal and written. English minimum level B2
