We are currently looking for a:
Data Science & AI Lead Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Expert to join our team and lead the implementation of innovative platforms and solutions that drive efficiency, providing differential strategic value. JD Data Science & AI Lead will use AI platforms and techniques (machine learning, predictive analysis, process automation, Gen AI, etc.) to optimize decision-making, improve the performance of resources and contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data storage systems; generation of base analytical tables (ABTs).
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop Data Pipelines: build and maintain data pipelines that support complex data workflows.
- Collaborate and work together with multidisciplinary teams: Architecture, Business Intelligence, CRM, business areas, etc.
- Coordinate the definition, implementation and monitoring of the platforms and technological solutions that support AI use cases throughout the Group, acting as a liaison and technical reference with all the teams involved.
- Lead the evolution and testing of the technological ecosystem related to AI.
- Advise local teams on the implementation of AI use cases, promoting the sharing of experiences with technical rigor.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for technological innovation based on the use of AI/Gen AI.
- Contribute to the documentation, standardization and dissemination of best practices and methodology in the development of AI models with the aim of promoting responsible and robust AI, aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Education
- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, Mathematics or equivalent education.

Languages
- Spanish - Mother tongue.
- English: Fluent (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).

Computer Skills

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related position required: Data science, Machine learning or Artificial Intelligence mainly in leisure sector or related.
- Advanced knowledge of Gen AI solutions as Copilot, ChatGPT,
- Solid technical experience in the development of Traditional AI and Gen AI models, big data management and advanced analysis tools.
