**Job Description Summary**

Project Manager

**FUNCIONES Y TAREAS**:

- Gestionar los proyectos asignados asegurando el cumplimiento de costes, plazos y calidad de estos
- Realizar los reportes requeridos de cada proyecto
- Gestión de riesgos de los proyectos adelantándose a los mismos y diseñando planes de mitigación para ellos
- Gestión de los cambios de los proyectos controlando los costes y los efectos de estos en la planificación del proyecto. Estimación de los posibles costes de estos
- Revisión de los proyectos asignados para verificar que cumplen los estándares requeridos por los clientes
- Realizar estimación de costes de los proyectos asignados
- Ser el representante del cliente en los proyectos asignados
- Gestión del cliente, manteniéndolo informado en todo momento, gestionar los posibles distintos equipos de cliente, consiguiendo las aprobaciones necesarias por los correspondientes stakeholders

**COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS**

**TITULACIÓN**:
Preferiblemente Arquitecto o Ingeniero y/o con experiência equivalente

**CONOCIMIENTO DE SOFTWARE DESEADO**:

- Presto
- MS Project
- Paquete Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

**IDIOMAS DESEADOS**:

- Español. Hablado y escrito a nível nativo
- Inglés. Hablado y escrito a nível alto
- Otros idiomas: recomendable

**EXPERIENCIA DESEADA**:

- En torno de 3 a 6 años, en una posicion similar
