**Your mission**

The _Photography Manager_ will lead the _photography department to create high quality fashion and product images _for the Hackett and Façonnable brands.

Key within this role is to manage the studio and photography team and workflows as well as designing and implementing processes and workflow improvements for Photography and Digital Asset Management

This position is responsible for providing a wide range of images for ecommerce, social media projects, and campaigns within a global scope.

**What will the role entail?**:

- Manage photography team, vendors, retouchers, and workflows as well as designing and implementing processes and workflow improvements for Photography and Digital Asset Management.
- Keep up to date on trends and know and analyze what the competitors do.
- Lead on-set studio operations, collaborating with stylists, assistants, and retouching partners to create compelling ecommerce imagery
- Set up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately, and in line with brand guidelines
- Establish a comprehensive photography workflow
- Manage, clean-up and organize photo assets on all archive systems.
- Maintain exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images
- Manage the organization of digital files, ensuring integrity and accessibility for the team
- Mark-up imagery with clear and informative direction for retouching
- Maintain photo equipment and cleanliness of the studio
- Ensure all equipment is stored and properly secured at the end of each shoot day
- Collaborate with studio partners to review workflow processes, efficiencies and output
- Mentor, train and develop photographers and freelance talents

- Good eye on the latest trends in fashion and fashion photography.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently, as well in a team situation and with clients, working under pressure, and juggling multiple and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of photo production, retouching and workflows
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Photo Shoot Producing experience
- Detail oriented, organized, adept at prioritizing tasks, able to delegate appropriately
- Advanced retouching skills
- Experience with Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred
- Experience with CaptureOne
- Must be able to work efficiently, maintain calm and project an upbeat attitude under pressure
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize while juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly with internal and external partners

**Requirements of the position**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in fashion and product photography ideally in ecommerce area.
- Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced commercial studio environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates broad knowledge of lighting and digital photography techniques
- International working experience is highly desired.
- Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and/or Italian languages are highly desired
