As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing warm and friendly customer service, taking care of the needs and responsibilities of each team member, and treating Moosa as your own home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The **Manager** will be responsible for scheduling weekly shifts for a team of 20-50 people.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train the waitstaff team, ensuring the highest service standards are maintained.
- Take the initiative to improve work processes and the customer experience.
- Handle pressure or conflict situations, staying calm and making decisions that benefit both the customer and the team.
- In-depth knowledge of the menu, including dishes, drinks, and specials, to train the team and respond to customer inquiries.
- Ability to make recommendations and advise customers on food and beverage pairings.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, with a strong understanding of hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and cleaning practices in the work area.
- Oversee daily cash operations.
- Responsible for reception (service levels, reservation efficiency).
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Own transportation.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during high-demand periods.
- High proficiency in English.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and teamwork.
