Project Coordinator

If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you Based in Madrid, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of our Tier-2 projects (>200K$ and < $2M) which includes a complete understanding of the project scope and requirements, timely delivery, profitability, and price uplift. You will also contribute to the stakeholders satisfaction by ensuring that the company meets their needs and provide them with relevant and accurate information. **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**: - Support Sales Offices and Global Project Pursuit during commercial offer preparation by coordinating the specification review and planning activities and by participating to alignment and contract review meetings. - Lead specification review, assess and understand risks in the customer requirements and organize quote strategy to ensure best offer is prepared in time. - Develop the Project Execution Plan and Schedule/Lead-time while leading internal and external communication meetings and ensuring project progress is aligned with the established schedule. - Coordinate the Pipe Team (Global Project Pursuit, Sales Office, Enterprise Project Planner, engineering, drafting, Procurement Project Manager, manufacturing sites ) toward the shared objectives of project profitability, successful execution and as per plan. - Coordinate and track every action and step to prepare all relevant reports while committing to an annual/quarterly/monthly sales objective. **FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**: - Engineering and/or business degree. Experience with valves highly desirable. - Relevant experience in the commercial area, order entries and contracts. - Spanish and English proficiency (written/read/spoken). - Project management background would be preferred. **WHO YOU ARE**: You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.
