**ABOUT THE JOB**
We are expanding our team with a Resource Manager to be based in our office in Madrid (Spain). You will be responsible for all aspects of line management for Wind Turbine Technicians employed by GWS.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring most efficient utilization level for group of managed technicians
- Running the recruitment process to select the profiled technicians
- Communicating assignment and project information to Technicians
- Line management of Technicians - maintaining regular contact with Technicians, including performance management, feedback, pay reviews and annual dialogues regarding development
- Maintain individual development plan for technicians
- Lead grievance and disciplinary actions in line with HR
- Deal with timesheet issues in case of operational conflicts
- Manage and authorise holiday requests for technicians
- Approving expenses for Technicians (reconciliation of expenses like i. e. travel costs)
- Conduct site visits
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Desirable Wind Industry background
- Previous line management experience ideally within the wind or oil/gas industry
- Contractual/Legal understanding
- Project understanding
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the business
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Very good understanding of IT systems, including Excel
- Flexible and able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-motivate and manage own workload
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- International experiences in communicating and understanding cultural differences
- Highly motivated, driven to deliver highest standard of service
- Team player
- Cost reconciliation experience
- Recruitment experience will be an advantage
