Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Sales representative to join our Personal Care and Home Care, Iberia business at Barcelona, Spain. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Commercial function. This position will report to the Iberia Sales Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Manage personal care & household business & customers’ interface in Spain - in general existing customers, more focus on development and growth for the business
- Identify & deliver new business opportunities to grow business in the designated territory - market knowledge

In order to be qualified for this role, you
_must possess_ the following:

- Degree in chemistry or related discipline
- 3-5 years sales experience in Personal Care and Home Care industry
- Strong team player, good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Open for travelling up to 30-40% time

The following skill sets are
_preferred_ by the business unit:

- Skilled in communications/marketing and social media - posting, promoting we need more visibility of the company in all areas
