Are you an experienced real estate agent on the Costa del Sol looking to advance your career? We're looking for a buyer's agent who will represent property buyers, mostly from the UK and Ireland, helping them find a property between Marbella and Málaga. We specialise in new developments, and offer a full service to the client ensuring an easy purchase.

This is a self-employed (autónomo) position with great commissions paid on completion of a sale, based in La Cala de Mijas with flexible working conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a personal property shopper you will represent the clients from lead entry to completion of the property purchase.
- Convert your provided warm buyer leads to tour.
- Help your clients find a property, and close the deal.
- Assist your clients throughout the purchase process.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 2 years of sales experience on the Costa del Sol
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Within an easy commute to La Cala de Mijas, preferably living in the Mijas municipality or nearby.
