Employee Experience Analyst

In Leroy Merlin Spain we are looking for an **Employee Experience Analyst **who will work in our Employee Experience and Culture team.
As Employee Experience Analyst you will:
- Participate in the design of the Leroy Merlin Spain employee journey and its possible archetypes.
- Work on initiatives to improve positive experiences in each moment of true of our employee journey
- Collaborate with other areas for providing the best in class experiences in each stage of the employee life cycle
- Participate on initiatives that make true Leroy Merlin Employee Value Proposition.
- Define EX programmes and tools to support managers and leaders promoting empowerment, leadership and self-leadership.
- Identify new opportunities to optimize and improve HR processes and policies that impact on the EX.
- Ensure the correct communication of new initiatives and changes.
- Analyse Employee Experience data.
- Manage surveys and listening tools for measuring our employee experience at every moment of true of the employee journey.
- Participate in the definition of action plans and manage their implementation within the organization.
- Master degree in Psychology, Sociology, Pedagogy, Anthropology or any other related matter.
- At least 3 years’ experience on an employee experience department and experience working on engagement, talent management, employer branding, communication or culture transformation projects
- High English level both written and spoken (English level will be tested
