**Mission**

The main mission will be to coordinate pharmaceutical engineering projects in accordance with process requirements and regulations, ensuring their technical quality as well as the achievement of the planned objectives.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Carry out and supervise projects and preliminary studies for pharmaceutical installations, mainly in the area of Clean Utilities, ensuring technical quality and compliance with the agreed scope, timeline, and allocated budget.
- Promote compliance with quality standards, occupational safety, and health regulations.
- Work closely with validation and production teams in the qualification and commissioning of machines and installations.
- Design, calculate, and supervise equipment and installations.
- Establish contact with suppliers and contractors and supervise their work.
- Determine the scope, execution planning, and budget of preliminary project studies.
- Specify equipment and instruments and generate engineering documentation for procurement, assembly, and related tasks.
- Proactively solve issues that arise during commissioning.
- Keep the team informed, aligning objectives and priorities for team members.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Select the necessary resources to meet deadlines and investment commitments, ensuring technical quality.
- Promote meetings with clients to track project progress.
- Supervise the work of technical office resources assigned to projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years in a related field
- English intermediate level
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
- Focus on accuracy and quality in every task
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve project goals

**Flexible schedule**: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
