We are looking for an intern to join the Marketing team.

The Marketing intern will assist the development and execution of Marketing projects for Acqua di Parma for all existing and new products. S/he will collaborate strongly with the international development teams, while adapting the assets to best fit to the market needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating product launches to drive sales and maximise opportunities
- Contribute to the Brand & Marketing Presentations
- Create and monitor files to track the exits of promotional plan, visual merchandising elements, sampling, etc.
- Prepare monthly newsletter detailing key competitor offline and online animations
- Consolidate all the information from the POS to prepare reports (weekly, monthly, annual)
- Recruit, build and maintain Acqua di Parma customer database with emphasis on customer recruitment, conversion, re-activation and rewarding our VIP customers
- Driving and maintaining initiatives to improve the CRM database operational efficiency with the collection of data and quality of information captured at store level
- Ensure timely execution and completion of all campaigns within budget
- Create and monitor files to track the exits of promotional plan, visual merchandising elements, sampling, etc.
- Conduct in-depth research about industry trends and best practice in terms of Marketing, new launches and promotion plan.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Brand.

**Profile**:

- Educational Background: High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 year+ of experience in Marketing in a similar or related industry
- Tools used: Excel (high level), PowerPoint
- Languages: Spanish and English (C1), Italian is a plus
