**Sinoma CBMI Engineering Co., Ltd.** is a global EPC contractor and a leader in cement plant engineering and construction. Sinoma CBMI is expanding its footprint in Europe, with an established subsidiary in France (based in Puteaux), and the development of a new office in Greece to support major industrial projects in this region.

SINOMA CBMI ENGINEERING is seeking a **Mandarin-Spanish translator** to join an industrial construction project in _Polígono Industrial Sepes, Carrer Isaac Newton, s/n, 46520 Sagunto, Valencia,Spain_.

You will serve as a vital on-site communication link between the Chinese project team, Spanish subcontractors, local partners, and other stakeholders.

This position is particularly suited for **junior profiles**, recent graduates, or individuals looking for **first professional experience** in an international and industrial environment.

**Main Tasks**
- Provide **oral and written translation** between Mandarin and Spanish in a construction site context
- Interpret live during **site meetings**, **inspections**, **supplier visits**, and **team discussions**:

- Act as a **daily communication bridge** between Chinese management, Spanish subcontractors, and local authorities
- Support in **client relationship management** and coordination with service providers
- Assist in clarifying and translating technical documents or project reports
- Facilitate clear, timely multilingual communication
- Assist with basic communication involving local administration (permits, regulations, etc.)
- Be able to **react with autonomy** and coordinate communication in case of **on-site emergencies or unexpected issues**

**Profile Requirements**
- **Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish** (spoken and written) - essential
- **English** proficiency is a plus (interviews will be conducted in English)
- **No prior professional experience required** - junior profiles welcome
- Capacity to work in Spain as a freelance
- Strong **communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills**:

- Comfortable in a full-time, on-site role in an industrial setting (no remote work)
- **Driver’s license required**:

- Knowledge of **construction site processes** is a plus, but not mandatory
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working **independently**

**What We Offer**
- Opportunity to work in a **multinational, multicultural team**:

- **Freelance contract**: 18 €/hour (all taxes included), 40h of work per week

**Contract Duration**
- **Initial contract**: 2 months
- **Renewable**: 1 additional month depending on project progress and needs
- **Starting date** : early 2026
