**Your Role in Our Journey**
- **Tutor Support**: Act as a key point of contact for our tutors, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey, while driving initiatives to improve their overall experience, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- **Platform Issue Resolution**: Take ownership of identifying, addressing, and resolving technical or operational issues encountered by tutors on the platform.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and deliver clear updates to tutors on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and other job-related processes.
- **Payment Management and Lesson Issue Resolution**: Handle tasks related to payment management and resolving issues arising from lessons.
- **Monthly Tutor Recruitment**: Conduct monthly tutor recruitment to meet demand, ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
- **KPI**: Monitor and follow up on kpi´s to ensure goals are met.
