**Job Description**:
We seek an experienced administrative professional who is organized and energetic, and who possesses superb interpersonal skills for our A Coruña office. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant coordinates the operations of the office front desk and provides administrative support to the Office Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Front desk reception (answering phones, greeting visitors, handling deliveries);
- Completing administrative processes (filing, correspondence, data entry, expense reports);
- Scheduling and preparing conference rooms in a professional setting;
- Provide administrative support to Office Manager and several Directors;
- Assist with client/providers proposals, data entry and special projects as needed;
- Order and maintain office supplies (invoice reconciliation);
- Support travel bookings for employees.
- Review travel expense claims.
- Review legal documents that support the sales process.
- Hours are 9:00 to 18:30 (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 to 14:30 on Fridays
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both languages, **English and Spanish.**:
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in a professional services environment;
- Computer fluency with MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), Concur desirable;
- Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
- Attention to detail, dependability/punctuality;
- Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines;
- Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment;
- Sense of humor appreciated.
