We are looking for a Learning Innovation Tech Manager who combines curiosity and creative mindset. Curious by constantly watching what is happening on the tech world and creative by thinking on to best way to utilize those new technologies in our learning methodologies. His/her tech-savviness will support the Learning Innovation Unit in building a sophisticated and diverse portfolio of impactful learning experiences, -processes, and -infrastructure for top-level Master-/MBA-/EMBA-/GEMBA-students as well as senior executives and CEOs in Executive Education-programs.

Our ideal Learning Innovation Tech Manager embraces a start-up mentality with implementation-focus, manage small projects independently and work on larger initiatives effectively together in a team in order to serve clients and other internal and external stakeholders.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Explore innovations in technology, platforms and tools to offer to the organization new ways of teaching in the online, virtual and real world.
- Ensure that the overall learner experience is usable, valuable, delightful, and impactful through those new innovative tools.
- Design face-to-face, online, digital, asynchronous and synchronous solutions incorporating innovative learning technologies
- Advice on digital tool or technologies to use in the designs and redesigns of programs (degree and non-degree programs) or elements of those
- Ensure that processes and learning experiences are human-centered (bringing together learner needs, technical capability, and business value)
- Leverage AI systems and algorithms to ensure state of the art, intuitive and fully personalized learning experiences
- Ensure scalable design leveraging a range of learning facilitation mechanisms (coaching, peer review, quizzes, etc.)
- Develop content, organize pilots and transfer innovative learning experiences and offerings to programs and faculty members
- Provide guidance, support, training to faculty and staff around best practices, new learning technologies and tools.
- Enable systematized creation of relevant material via deployment of structured processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, computer sciences or tech related,
- Experience in Business and preferably in learning-related field
- Proven ability in having delivered on this role’s key activities and accountabilities in educational contexts, Learning & Development, or similar contexts (e.g. consulting, etc.)
- Building environments for learning and teaching, incorporating multimedia, artificial intelligence, computer networks and innovative curriculum and classroom activity structures
- Foundation in the tools and theory of learning design, technology innovation, learning assessment and learning analytics
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent skills relating to writing, editing and layout (storyboards) in a variety of contexts
- Experience working in agile environments and with agile methodologies will be much appreciated
