Your responsibilities include selecting, implementing, managing, and optimizing cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance our security posture.
**Your impact**
- You take ownership of the security roadmap, assessing, planning, and implementing security measures to detect and prevent cyber threats effectively.
- You develop and maintain the ransomware response plan and backup strategy to mitigate potential risks.
- You lead the implementation of cloud and infrastructure security capabilities, ensuring robust protection.
- You oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Defender*, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- You review solution architecture and implementation designs to ensure alignment with security requirements.
- You promote a 'security by design' mindset within Architecture and DevOps teams, embedding security practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- You define our security architecture and establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS), supporting audits and providing insightful reporting.

**What skills will bring you to the top?**
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in IT, architecture, engineering or system administrator role.
- Technical experience: hands-on knowledge of a broad range of enterprise technologies, tools and systems.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid architectures (MS Azure and Microsoft security tools required, other cloud technologies are an advantage).
- Familiarity with industry standards, frameworks and best practices including the CIS, NIST and OWASP.
