- As we grow towards 225m Guests in 2026 we will be creating thousands of flight deck opportunities over the next 4 years within the Ryanair Group & we invite you to _Come along to our Madrid pilot roadshow and find out about opportunities across the Ryanair Group_
We are currently hiring Cadets, Direct Entry B737 First Officers (Ryanair/Malta Air/Buzz) & A320 Captains/First Officers (Lauda) to support our growth into S23 & through to 2026. If you are a Direct Entry B737 Captain, you are more than welcome to attend as well. Unfortunately we do not have positions available for Non-Type Rated Experienced Captains/First Officers (eg those who are not flying either a B737 or A320).
