We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated Social Media Intern to join our vibrant team in Madrid. As an intern, you will assist in crafting and executing innovative social media strategies to boost our brand presence, engage our community, and expand our reach on new and existing platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Assistance**: Help in developing a tailored social media strategy that supports our overall marketing goals and upholds our brand standards

**Content Creation**: Assist in creating and curating engaging content across various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp. This includes crafting posts, graphics, and video content that resonate with our diverse audience

**Community Engagement**: Actively engage with our online community through prompt responses to comments and messages on all platforms, fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere

**Learning and Development**: Show a keen interest in learning about new social media channels and tools, suggesting innovative ways to expand our presence

**Analytics**: Support the team in analyzing social media performance, helping track key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our campaigns and strategies

**Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and to assist in the execution of digital activations

**Research**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques, especially those related to emerging platforms and video content creation

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

**Language Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous

**Location**: Must be located in Madrid and able to work from office 2 to 3 days per week

**Experience**: Some prior experience in social media, marketing, or content creation is preferred, though not required

**Technical Skills**: Familiarity with social media platforms, including Telegram and WhatsApp, basic understanding of content creation tools, and eagerness to learn more

**Personal Qualities**: Creative thinker, proactive learner, and strong communicator with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

**Availability**: Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule and be flexible to adapt to varying work hours
